However, by the 8-week posttreatment mark, i CBT-I was not superior in reducing insomnia severity compared to digital sleep hygiene psychoeducation. Further research is warranted to identify effective treatment components, particularly within routine care settings, to improve concise i CBT-Is for implementation in stepped-care approaches to address student insomnia.
