The study is designed based on key components of effective weight management interventions that include behavioral strategies guided by the (1) capability, opportunity, motivation, and behavior (COM-B) model [18]; (2) the behavior change techniques; and (3) self-monitoring, goal setting, and individually tailored feedback on dietary behaviors [15,19-21].
