Cocreating the Visualization of Digital Mobility Outcomes: Delphi-Type Process With Patients

Cocreating the Visualization of Digital Mobility Outcomes: Delphi-Type Process With Patients

It was designed in collaboration with academic researchers of Mobilise-D and the members of the Mobilise-D Public and Patient Advisory Group (PPAG) [29]. In total, 3 rounds were developed to explore the impact of mobility and symptoms and how DMOs can be visualized. A Delphi methodology was decided upon as it allows us to reach a consensus of patient preferences with an iterative, anonymous, multistage approach with controlled feedback of comments and scores on a 5-point Likert scale [30,31].

Effect of Early Treatment of Spasticity After Stroke on Motor Recovery: Protocol for the Baclotox Multicenter, Double-Blind, Double-Dummy Randomized Controlled Trial

Effect of Early Treatment of Spasticity After Stroke on Motor Recovery: Protocol for the Baclotox Multicenter, Double-Blind, Double-Dummy Randomized Controlled Trial

Despite its widespread use and endorsement by the French National Health Authority, Haute Autorité de Santé, as a first-line treatment, studies in animal models have raised concerns about the impact of GABAergic drugs on motor recovery. Research indicates that GABAergic agents, such as diazepam, can impair motor recovery and brain plasticity postinjury [10,11].

Evolution of Learning Styles in Surgery Comparing Residents and Teachers: Cross-Sectional Study

This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2022 at the Hospital de Base de São José do Rio Preto, a teaching hospital affiliated with Faculdade de Medicina de São José do Rio Preto (a public university in São Paulo, Brazil). The study population consisted of general surgery residents in any year of training and hospital professors. All participants were over 18 years old and signed the free and informed consent form. Data collection involved two instruments: a sociodemographic survey and David Kolb’s LSI.

Feasibility of Long-Term Physical Activity Measurement With a Wearable Activity Tracker in Patients With Axial Spondyloarthritis: 1-Year Longitudinal Observational Study

Feasibility of Long-Term Physical Activity Measurement With a Wearable Activity Tracker in Patients With Axial Spondyloarthritis: 1-Year Longitudinal Observational Study

Data were de-identified and stored at a secure research server. The Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics South-Eastern Norway approved the study (ref: 229187). In total, 2 patient research partners were involved in the planning of the study. They also pilot-tested the activity tracker and gave feedback on the instructions to the patients and on the study logistics.

Trust and Privacy Concerns Among Cancer Survivors Who Did Not Visit a Research Website Offering Free Genetic Counseling Services for Families: Survey Study

Before proceeding to the survey, participants agreed with a consent form stating their rights and explaining that their responses would be confidential and de-identified in the dataset. The average age of our sample was 69.7 (range 30-102, SD 11.8) years, and the average time since diagnosis was 11.9 (range 7-19, SD 3.6) years. The sample was mostly White (n=283, 76.9%) and non-Hispanic (n=257, 69.8%).
