Digital Mental Health Interventions for Young People Aged 16-25 Years: Scoping Review

Naslund et al [200] suggested that individual characteristics should inform intervention design and shape the content, while theory should inform strategies to support behavior change, which can be modified in real-time based on user feedback, and that theory can also guide outcomes to inform behavior mechanisms and intervention modifications.

Machine Learning Clinical Decision Support for Interdisciplinary Multimodal Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain Treatment: Prospective Pilot Study of Patient Assessment and Prognostic Profile Validation

Machine Learning Clinical Decision Support for Interdisciplinary Multimodal Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain Treatment: Prospective Pilot Study of Patient Assessment and Prognostic Profile Validation

Profile accuracy: H=high, M=medium, L=low. AUC: area under the curve; M: mixed; N: negative; P: positive; TPR: true-positive rate; TNR: true-negative rate. The above summary (Figure 2) presents results for all pilot study patients to show performance and overall results. However, the individual prognostic patient profile as used in IMPT clinical assessment provides clearly presented summary results for each patient.

Application of Artificial Intelligence in Cardio-Oncology Imaging for Cancer Therapy–Related Cardiovascular Toxicity: Systematic Review

In total, 7 studies conducted between 2018 and 2023 were included, with 5 from the United States (Kar et al [29-31], Zhang et al [32], Edalati et al [33]), 1 from China (Shen et al [34]), and 1 from Taiwan (Chang et al [35]). Of these, 6 studies involved patients with breast cancer with additional cancers (eg, sarcoma, lymphoma, leukemia) in some cohorts.

Mono-Professional Simulation-Based Obstetric Training in a Low-Resource Setting: Stepped-Wedge Cluster Randomized Trial

Mono-Professional Simulation-Based Obstetric Training in a Low-Resource Setting: Stepped-Wedge Cluster Randomized Trial

The power calculation was conducted following the methods described by Hussey et al [14] and Woertman et al [10,15,16]. Initially, the sample size for a standard randomized clinical trial was calculated. To show a 20% reduction in combined maternal and perinatal mortality with an α of .05 and a power of 80%, a total of 6398 births would be required for a simple randomized clinical trial design.

Telenursing Health Education and Lifestyle Modification Among Patients With Diabetes in Bangladesh: Protocol for a Pilot Study With a Quasi-experimental Pre- and Postintervention Design

Telenursing Health Education and Lifestyle Modification Among Patients With Diabetes in Bangladesh: Protocol for a Pilot Study With a Quasi-experimental Pre- and Postintervention Design

“Diabetes management self-efficacy scale” developed by Bijl et al [20] and has 20 items with a 5-point Likert scale from 1-5. The scores range from 20 to 100, a higher point indicates better self-efficacy. The “Lifestyle behavior questionnaire” developed by the investigators has 6 items with a 6-point Likert scale from 0 to 5, a higher point indicates a better lifestyle. This is asked every month to check their behavior by the telenurse.

Use and Acceptance of Innovative Digital Health Solutions Among Patients and Professionals: Survey Study

Use and Acceptance of Innovative Digital Health Solutions Among Patients and Professionals: Survey Study

Fatehi et al [1] conducted a quantitative analysis and term mapping of 95 unique definitions, revealing that digital health is predominantly concerned with the provision of health care rather than the mere use of technology. Their findings highlight a focus on the well-being of individuals at both population and individual levels, emphasizing the use of data and information to enhance patient care.

Real-World Effectiveness of Glucose-Guided Eating Using the Data-Driven Fasting App Among Adults Interested in Weight and Glucose Management: Observational Study

Real-World Effectiveness of Glucose-Guided Eating Using the Data-Driven Fasting App Among Adults Interested in Weight and Glucose Management: Observational Study

Those with only 1 day of entries (n=322) were excluded from the analysis and were similar to the analytical sample in terms of baseline weight (P=.08) and fasting glucose (P=.41) but had a lower BMI (24.5kg/m², P=.01) and included significantly more men and nonbinary individuals (P The app was used by the analytical sample for a median of 19 (IQR 9-28) days, with 7 (IQR 3-13) weight entries and 52 (IQR 25-82) glucose entries, which were primarily preprandial glucose entries (Table 2).
