Co-Designing a Mobile App to Improve Mental Health and Well-Being: Focus Group Study
This finding is similar to that of Alqahtani et al [20], who found that including social support and emergency contacts in a mental health app were appreciated by users. Therefore, sharing issues, advice, and one’s solutions with people who have the same issue and the ability to contact professional support, family, or even friends are important for people who have experienced mental health issues.
