The subject- and topic-level scores highlight the suitability of different models for different domains. GPT-4 appears to have the highest score (300/700, 42.9%), followed by GPT-3.5 (145/700, 20.7%), and then Bard (115/700, 16.4%). This demonstrates that Bard was not able to pass the NEET-2023 admission exam, and GPT-3.5 was only 2% (14/700) away from the cutoff score, which is 19% (133/700).

The information obtained on the associated factors could, in principle, be used by professionals when evaluating the client’s suitability for using digital health and social care. However, it may also lead to making generalizations and assumptions about suitability without individual assessment. Stereotypical thinking about suitable users (eg, based on age) increases the risk that some clients who could use and benefit from digital services might remain unrecognized.

To this end, the suitability of educational materials that are easy to understand and accept and readability (ie, reading difficulty) that is suitable for patient education or understanding have been recommended to improve patient knowledge [9]. However, most health education materials are produced with inadequate attention to their suitability for the intended audience [10].
